Nestled among a sprawling 12-acre property in the Langata region of Nairobi, this colonial-era property turns the tables on the conventional approach to observing animals in their natural habitat; here, the giraffes are free to roam among the property. They can, and often do, poke their heads into the breakfast room to see what’s on offer, turning you into the spectacle.
The ten-room hotel boasts an air of luxury many strive to achieve, but what makes it truly unique is the unprecedented access guests are granted to these curious creatures that live and roam freely among more than 140 acres of native forestry.
